Wolfgang wins Independence Party Primary for State Assembly

AMHERST, NY- July 8, 2020– Robin L. Wolfgang, Candidate for the 146th District of the New York State Assembly, has officially been named the winner of the Independence Party primary to represent the district that includes Amherst and Pendleton. Board of Election numbers show Wolfgang winning the district with 69% of the votes by a margin of 437-196. 

“I am deeply grateful that the Independence Party members in the 146Th District have put their trust and confidence in my ability to represent them in Albany. My campaign for State Assembly is based on returning common sense, compassion and community values to the work of the State legislature. My mission is to make Amherst and Pendleton better places to live and raise a family with safe streets and well-funded school districts. In Albany, I will fight to lower taxes, decrease regulations and remove barriers for opportunity. Over the next 18 weeks, I will work hard to encourage voters to send me to Albany as the most qualified candidate to represent the 146th District,” said Robin L. Wolfgang.
